Refunds & Returns Policy

At Sujud Collection, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. To request a return, please email sujudcollection@gmail.com with: your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for refunds to be processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service - we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour you can return the original item and place a new order, this ensures faster processing and availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sujudcollection@gmail.com, including clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Wear & Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and quality control reasons: Items showing signs of wear, washing, odours, or damage will be rejected. Trying items indoors for fit is acceptable, wearing items outdoors or for extended periods is not.
